Music with George

In association with Ambleside Community Choir the George Eliot Fellowship is delighted to present an evening of specially selected music including William Boyce, Schumann and John Rutter. 

There will also be readings from 'The Sad Fortunes of  Amos Barton', the very first piece of fiction by George Eliot which is set in and around All Saints Church, Chilvers Coton where this event takes place. Although in the novel Eliot called it Shepperton.

Tickets are £5 and are also available on the door with all profits being divided between the church and the George Eliot Visitor Centre.
